1. Eligibility

TRU DESIRES is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the date of birth you provide is accurate. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed immediately.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, your profile content, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Conduct

Treat every member with respect. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, sharing of others' private information, and any content involving minors are strictly prohibited and result in permanent removal. You may only message members you have matched with.

4. TRU Coins, Premium & Founding 500

TRU Coins are a virtual currency for in-app gifts and interactions. They have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law. TRU DESIRES Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly at USD $5.99 (introductory rate; regular USD $9.99) until cancelled. Founding 500 is a one-time USD $2.99 purchase. Purchases are processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using TRU DESIRES and delete your account at any time.
